From Wednesday 18 February to Easter Day (Sunday 5 April), you’re warmly invited into a shared journey across St James, Moss Side, St Edmund’s, Whalley Range, and Grace Community — marking the key moments of Lent, Holy Week, and Easter as we walk the story of Jesus together. Prayer Meetings

Where we are praying for our communities, local businesses, each other and as a meaningful time of prayer we are seeing amazing transformations!

Morning Prayer at St Edmund's on Mondays at 9.30am
Morning Prayer at St James on Tuesdays at 9.30am

Place of Welcome at St James on Tuesdays at 10am

Join us for fresh coffee, tea, treats and good conversation.

Coffee Morning at St Edmund's on Wednesdays at 10.30am

Some bible study, coffee or tea and different types of reflections through testimony, creativity or outdoor activities.

Grieving Together Cafe at St James every Thursday morning at 11.30am

This is a beautiful, gentle and creative way to come together to share our grief.

The Chosen Bible Study at St Edmund's every Thursday at 7.30pm

Come and join us as we make our way through The Chosen, we watch an episode, reflect and pray together. This is a great way to discover or rediscover the life of Jesus.

A Warm Hello

Whether you’re new to church or new to the area, you are very welcome at St James, Moss Side and St Edmund’s, Whalley Range.

Sundays

9.30am - 20-30min service at St Edmund's
10.30am – Morning worship at both churches
Relaxed, welcoming services with prayer, songs, a Bible-based talk, and optional Holy Communion. Everyone is invited to stay afterwards for drinks and conversation.

4.00pm – Grace Community (Urdu Service)
At St Edmund’s, we gather each Sunday at 4pm for worship in Urdu, with prayer, teaching, and fellowship.

Children & Families

Children and families are a valued part of our church life.

St James – Intergenerational worship with a children’s resource table in the service.

St Edmund’s –
1st & 3rd Sundays: All-age intergenerational worship
2nd & 4th Sundays: Sunday School
